With great sadness we inform you of the loss of P.V.P Industries’ President and founding owner of P.V.P. Industries, Paul Dunlavey. Paul passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, at 80 years old.
“Rest assured Paul thoughtfully considered and communicated to his successors his plans for the future of P.V.P. Our operational principles will remain unchanged. His wife Diann will take over as President of the Board and work with the board of directors to continue Paul’s vision for the future of the Company. With their son Michael closely by her side, our team will continue to run the day-to-day operations and carry out the directives of the family trust as COO/President. Alongside Michael, Lenny Maheu and David Sinn will continue as they have for decades in their positions managing the operations. Of course, Michelle and Roena will be available for any and all general needs.”
